The Sloan OPTIMA Plus® EBF-187 Battery Powered, Electronic Hand Washing Faucet operates by means of an adaptive infrared sensor that is linked to the faucet by a fiber optic cable. Once the user’s hands enter the sensor’s effective range, the Solenoid activates the water flow. Tempered water flows from the faucet until the user steps away. With no handles to turn or buttons to push, the Sloan EBF-187 Series centerset hand washing faucets are a clear answer to combating the spread of germs throughout the public restroom. Sloan touch-less faucets should be installed in all public washrooms.

Optima Plus® fiber optic, battery-powered faucets operate by means of an adaptive infrared sensor that is linked to the faucet by a fiber optic cable. Chrome-plated brass faucets, which come with either a chrome or black throat plate, provide installation flexibility and hygienic hand-washing in all types of restrooms.
