Features:Panelon showers are constructed of type 304 stainless steel. Shower panels and stanchions are 16 gauge. Heavy gauge end caps, access panels and corner sections have hemmed edges. Stanchion flanges are 3/16" thick. All exposed parts are either stainless steel or chrome-plated brass. Supply piping is type “L” copper tubing sized according to number of heads served. Mixing chambers are cast brass. Supply fittings are wrought copper or cast brass.
Flow Control:A 1.5 GPM (5.7 LPM) flow control is standard. Actual flow may vary, but will not exceed 2.0 GPM (7.6 LPM) max.
Housing:Shower panels, end caps, corners, access panels and stanchion systems (as required) provide stainless steel housing to conceal shower piping. All edges and corners are smooth and rounded, and all joints are tight and close fitting. Standard stainless steel soap dish for each station.
Stanchions:Stanchions are 2-1/4" x 4-3/4" 16 gauge stainless steel with 1/8" thick flanges. Ceiling flanges provide plus or minus 2" vertical alignment.
